Herring marinated a la 'Funen spring', with smoked cheese and pickled asparagus

Smiling egg with shrimps from Rømø and citrus mayonnaise

Plaice - shellfish - capers
Plaice fillet with seafood salad and lobster blanquette

Potato - lovage - onion
Potato sandwich with new Danish potatoes, lovage mayonnaise and roasted onions

Chicken - parsley - green asparagus
Smoked chicken breast with parsley cream and marinated green asparagus

Pork - mushrooms - cucumber
Pork from 'Grambogård' with confit mushroom cream and pickled cucumber

Veal - cold pressed rapeseed - green strawberries
Veal tartare with cold-pressed rapeseed mayonnaise and pickled green strawberries

Brie - honey - onion
Baked brie with honey toasted rye bread and sherry vinegar syrup

2 pieces - DKK 220,-

3 pieces - DKK 310,-

4 pieces - DKK 400,-

The pieces are served individually and are not divisible. The above prices are per person. All sandwiches are served on organic, cold-raised rye bread.

The restaurant is open for lunch from 12:00-15:00.

Evening

The evening menu offers a la carte dishes with fresh local vegetables, Danish meat, and of course something sweet to finish off.

You can also choose Kongebrogaarden's Early Summer menus with either 3 or 4 courses and the option to match the food with a delicate wine menu.
