Black Friday Presale 2024

Black Friday is the day after the American holiday, Thanksgiving, and now in many countries also the busiest shopping day of the year, filled with great deals.

Comwell is no exception. Once again this year, we're offering big discounts on Black Friday hotel stays, spa stays and gift vouchers with added value. And we're not content with just one day. We're having a Black Weekend, so the offers are valid until December 2.

• Black Friday Presale is for all Comwell Club members and begins on Wednesday November 27 at 9.00 am.

• On Friday November 29, everyone has access to our Black Friday offers, which can be purchased until Monday December 2.

• Black Friday hotel and spa stays must be held between January 3 and April 27, 2025.

• There are a limited number of rooms available per day with this offer at our hotels. Due to high demand at selected hotels, some dates may be fully booked and therefore unfortunately not available for booking with this offer.

• This offer cannot be combined with other offers and discounts. Prices may vary depending on selected room type and arrival date. The discount is deducted from the prices shown.

• The gift voucher is valid for 3 years after issue and cannot be exchanged for cash

• After purchasing a gift card, you have 14 days to cancel and the gift card can be refunded

• The gift voucher can be used as full or partial payment

• Only one gift voucher can be used as full or partial payment for a private party/event

• Gift vouchers can only be used for private stays, dinners or parties/events

• The gift voucher can be used on prepaid stays - but not on stays/events sold with prepayment by third parties

• The gift voucher can be extended once and must be made within 12 months of the expiry date

• If you wish to extend the expiry date of the gift voucher, a fee of DKK 200 will be charged, which will be deducted from the value of the voucher

No, you don't need a special code to book a Black Friday offer. But remember that you can only book the offers online.

• You book a hotel or spa stay on our website. Black Friday offers are online only and cannot be booked via Central Reservation.

• You also order gift vouchers on the website. It only takes 1 minute and as soon as the payment has gone through, you will receive the gift voucher by email. Once you have received the gift voucher, you can print it out and write the recipient's name on the voucher.

• Black Friday stays with breakfast and spa stays cannot be cancelled but can be rebooked for an additional fee to a new arrival date within the period January 3 to April 27 2025

• When purchasing a Black Friday gift card, you have a 14-day right of cancellation where the gift card can be refunded
