  • I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY BIRTHDAY OFFER?
    If you want a birthday offer, you must register your date of birth and sign up for the newsletter.
  • HOW LONG ARE MY POINTS AVAILABLE IN COMWELL CLUB?Your points are available in the current calendar year + 36 months (36 months = 3 years). Your points will always expire on March 1st.Example: If you have earned points on 1/8 2016 they will expire on 1/3 2020.

  • I HAVE LOST THE VOUCHER CODE FOR MY BIRTHDAY OFFER FROM COMWELL CLUB
    We can not resend the email, but instead we can resend it by post

  • I CAN’T REDEEM MY BIRTHDAY OFFER BEFORE IT EXPIRES.
    Unfortunately, your birthday offer can not be extended.

  • I NEED TO CHANGE MY EMAIL, PASSWORD OR OTHER PERSONAL INFORMATION ON MY COMWELL CLUB PROFILE.
    Just send us an email at club@comwell.dk. We will help you.

  • HOW DO I EARN POINTS?
    You earn points on all purchases connected to a stay with Comwell Hotels plus you earn 5% of the total amount of your stay when you settle the bill. Please note that it only applies to the final amount you have placed on your bill from an overnight stay.

  • HOW DO I USE MY POINTS?
    You can only use your points when you buy a stay at one of our hotels. The amount will be deducted from your bill when you check out.

  • MISSING POINTS
    If you have not received your points, please send us an email within three months of the date of your stay. We kindly ask you to write your email, phone number and reservation number in the email.

  • WHEN DO MY POINTS EXPIRE?
    The points you have earned are valid for the current calendar year + 36 months from the date of acquisition. Your points will always expire on March 1st. When you use your points for payment, we always deduct those you have earned first. As a member of the Comwell Club, it’s always your own responsibility to keep track of when your points expire.

  • WHAT IS MY USER NAME?
    Your username is your email address.

  • WHAT IS MY PASSWORD?
    You received your password via email when you signed up. If you have forgotten it, you can change it by logging into www.comwellclub.dk and going to personal information. (Virker det ikke underligt, at man skal logge ind, når man nu har glemt sit password?) You can also send an email to club@comwell.dk and we will help you.

  • HOW MUCH DOES A MEMBERSHIP COST?
    It’s absolutely free to be a member of the Comwell Club.

  • WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?
    A Club Point for every Danish krone you spend on a stay

    25 Club Points as a welcome gift when you sign up

    5% of the total bill will become Club Points, when you stay for a minimum of one night at one of our many hotels. All you have to do is put all of your purchases on your room bill. This applies to drinks at the bar, dinner in the restaurant, shopping at the kiosk, etc

    Use your earned Club Points for partial or full payment of a stay at any of the Comwell Hotels.

    10% extra on top of the amount you spend on a gift card or 10% of the value of the gift card as Club Points every time you buy a gift card

    Special discounts and offers from all our hotels.

    Great experiences and events in your local area. We will notify you by email when there are events at your local Comwell hotel.

  • I DO NOT WISH TO BE A MEMBER ANY LONGER
    If you no longer wish to be a member of Comwell Club, send us an email telling us that you would like to unsubscribe, including your name, email and phone number. Send the email to club@comwell.dk.

  • I DO NOT WANT TO RECEIVE NEWSLETTERS, BUT I STILL WANT TO KEEP MY MEMBERSHIP
    You can always unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of the newsletter. Alternatively, you can send us an email at club@comwell.dk and tell us your name, email and phone number, and we will unsubscribe you from the newsletter.

  • WHY DO I NO LONGER RECEIVE THE COMWELL CLUB NEWSLETTER?
    You may be unsubscribed from our newsletter or the email containing the newsletter may be rejected by your mail provider. Please check your spam filter or email us at club@comwell.dk and tell us your name, email and phone number, and we will look into it for you.

  • HOW DO I GET OFFERS THAT ARE RELEVANT TO ME?
    If you enter your personal information on your profile, we can personalize the emails we send to you. For example, if you enter your zip code, we can send you emails letting you know about events and activities in your area.

  • CAN I PAY FOR A STAY WITH A GIFT CARD?
    If the gift card is issued by Comwell, you can use it as payment of a non-prepaid stay.

    Payment with a gift card takes place on departure.

  • WHAT DOES ‘PRICE FROM’ MEAN?
    ‘Price from’ is the cheapest price for a hotel room that we can offer. The price varies according to supply and demand. It may therefore be a good idea to try another date if you are looking for the cheapest price.

  • WHY IS THERE A SURCHARGE FOR A SINGLE ROOM?
    When you visit Comwell as a single person, you should not pay for two. However, there is a surcharge because a part of the cost of an overnight stay is the same regardless of whether there is one or more guests in the room.
