Check-in is
from 15:00.
You must check-out no later than 10:00 on weekdays, and no later than 11:00 on weekends and public holidays.
Children under the age of 18 must always be accompanied by an adult.
Registration card
When you
arrive at the hotel, you will be asked to fill in and sign a registration card
and present a valid ID. This is in accordance with Danish law.
Extra bed in the room
There can
be a maximum of one extra bed per room. Extra beds must always be booked in
advance. Contact the hotel for available options.
An extra bed costs DKK 200
Dogs in the room
“Quiet” and
clean dogs are permitted in some rooms, provided this is agreed prior to the
stay. There is an additional charge of DKK 250 per day, and dog-friendly rooms
are only on the 2nd floor.
Cancellation
If your
stay does not include dinner, you can cancel before 16:00 on the day of
arrival. If the room is cancelled after 16.00, you will be charged for the
first night.
A prepaid “non-refundable stay” cannot be cancelled.
A room with dinner included can be cancelled free of charge no later than 7 days before arrival. If you cancel between 6 and 2 days prior to arrival, you will be invoiced for 50% of the price of the stay. If you cancel less than 2 days prior to arrival, you will be invoiced for the full price of the stay. Bookings for nine or more people must be cancelled 30 days in advance.
Credit cards
Comwell
Bygholm Park accepts all major credit cards. Please note that there is a
surcharge on foreign credit cards.
Comwell reserves the right to pre-authorise your credit/debit card prior to arrival. Comwell.dk will not charge your credit card unless you book a “non-refundable stay”.
Your credit card is only used as a guarantee for your reservation.
If you use a debit card for your reservation, your bank will reserve the amount for 30 days. If you wish to have the funds released after your stay but before the 30 days have passed, you must contact the hotel directly with your reservation number, and the hotel will help you release the funds. Comwell can notify your bank to release the amount Via DIBS, but only your bank can cancel the reservation of the amount. We accept the following debit cards: Visa Electron, Maestro and MasterCard Direct.
Breakfast
Breakfast
is served Monday–Friday from 06:30–09:30.
Saturday, Sunday and public holidays from 07:00–10:30.
Restaurant
The
restaurant is open Monday–Saturday from 12.00–15.00 and again from 17.00–21.00
We recommend making a reservation, as it may be fully booked on the day. Please
note that à la carte tables are subject to availability.
Dinner including accommodation is fixed and varies daily. Set menus cannot be moved to other days. We are happy to adapt the menu for those with specific dietary requirements, provided we have been informed in advance.
Closed days
Our
restaurant is closed on Sundays. Some exceptions apply, please contact the
reception on (+45) 76 319 500 if you have any questions.
Allergies
Always let
us know in advance if you have any allergies – including food allergies.
Reception
Our
reception is manned around the clock and our staff are always ready to help you
with the smallest of matters.
Public transport
The nearest
station is Horsens Station, which can be reached on foot through the old manor
park in just 10 minutes.
Taxi
Book a taxi
on tel. (+45) 75 50 30 00. Reception will gladly book taxis for guests.
Parking
Free
parking is available in the parking area in the hotel courtyard, and 300
parking spaces are available in Bygholm Park.
Free Wi-Fi
We offer
free wireless internet throughout the hotel. To connect, select ‘Comwellhotels’
Wi-Fi. There is no code.
Gym
We have a
gym with treadmills, bikes and a small selection of weights.
Smoking
Smoking is
not allowed in indoor areas or on terraces.
Booking a stay online
All stays
require you to enter a payment card, even if you have a gift card. No payment
will be charged when your card details are entered. All stays are settled at
the hotel, with the exception of non-refundable stays, where the amount is
deducted upon booking. These stays are non-refundable and cannot be
rescheduled. Please note that if you use a MasterCardDebit or VISA Debit as a
guarantee, the amount will be reserved in your account and will only be
released after departure. This can take up to 30 days.
Gift cards
If you have
a gift card valid for any Comwell hotel, you can book your stay online and pay
with your gift card when you check-out. We ask for credit card details when
booking online only as a guarantee of arrival.
Gift cards cannot be used to pay for prepaid non-refundable stays.
Gift cards from Gavefabrikken must always be ordered via the link that comes with the gift card and cannot be used as payment unless the stay is specifically booked this way.
Comwell Club
You
automatically earn 5% of the total amount on your final bill for overnight
stays. All earned points can be used as payment during your next overnight stay
– although not in connection with conferences and meetings. It is not possible
to earn points on stays that are not booked directly through Comwell or on
Comwell.com. Becoming a member is free and non-binding. Read more at
