Restaurant Solaris
At Comwell Sorø we have our own beautiful restaurant Solaris. It's named after the grape we grow at our own wine field right outside the restaurant.
The restaurant is decorated in bistro style with a raw and relaxing atmosphere. During your meal, you will have a fantastic view of Sorø, our wine field, and Pedersborg lake.
The menu changes throughout the year according to the season and our chefs’ inspiration. Everything is prepared with the fresh ingredients of the season and prepared with a lot of love and care.
