Comwell's Christmas herring
Curry herring with capers and red onions
Fried herring with mustard, leeks, and carrots
Greenlandic prawns served with dill mayo
Breaded fish fillet with coarse remoulade and lemon
Slices of cold-smoked salmon with a horseradish sauce
Roast beef with pickles and grated horseradish.
Salads
Salad of picked kale with dried cranberries
Finely shredded red cabbage with vinaigrette and almonds
The Warm
Liver pâté with sautéed mushrooms and bacon bits
Duck leg with apples and prunes served with duck sauce
Roast pork with homemade red cabbage
Meatballs and fried potatoes
Glazed ham with creamed spinach
Served with organic rye bread and Comwell's light Øland bread, as well as butter and lard

Ris à l'amande with cherry sauce
Cheese and biscuits
Æbleskiver (Danish pancake balls) with two types of homemade jam and powdered sugar
Beer, wine, and water ad libitum throughout the evening until 1:30 AM.
