Traditional Christmas lunch with everything the stomach could desire on the Christmas buffet, as well as a cozy evening with dancing and music in Rebild. Every evening will focus on the enjoyable dining experience, cozy companionship, and festive music by the popular band Starturn.

Hand-peeled shrimp with organic chicken eggs, herb mayo, and crispy rye bread
2 types of herring - marinated herring and herring in vadouvan with curry salad, capers, and red onions
Rye bread and homemade sourdough bread with organic butter
From the buffet
Gravlax with marinated salads, Dijon mustard, and dill
Fish fillet with coarse remoulade and lemon
Warm liver pate with bacon and sautéed mushrooms
Slow-cooked duck served with potato compote, coarse mustard, and tarragon
Pan-fried meatballs served with classic Christmas red cabbage
Whole roasted glazed ham with caramelized potatoes
Slow-roasted pork with crispy crackling and creamy kale
Christmas sausage served with creamy stewed white cabbage and cinnamon sugar
2 types of Danish cheeses with seasonal compote. Served with citrus-marinated olives
