Crispy risotto balls with truffle mayo, pickled beech mushrooms, freshly grated truffle and duck rillette on crispy bread with beetroot gel.

Starter

Smoked salmon with pickled artichokes, chips, tarragon mayo and herb salad.

Served with bread and butter.

Main course

Roasted baked veal fillet in soufflé with chanterelles, cauliflower puree, broccoli asparagus, Pommes Anna and red wine sauce.

Dessert

White chocolate blondie with burnt meringue, cherries and ice cream.

Vegetarian menu

Starter

Variety of artichokes - pickled cubes, puree and chips. Grated truffle, cress and green oil.

Main course

Baked sweet potatoes with roasted chickpeas, red onion, bell peppers and vegan herb sauce.

Dessert

Chocolate cake with pickled cherries and sorbet.
