More than ever before we need a break from our busy everyday lives; a breathing space where we don't just physically disconnect, but mentally too. We need to learn how we can accommodate and approach the daily changes we encounter every day.
To some extent, yoga and mindfulness are two sides of the same coin. Both are techniques that teach you how to be in the present, feel your body, your senses and experience your thoughts and feelings exactly as they are.

09:30 am Welcome with juice, snacks and coffee
10:00 am-12:00 pm Yoga - Yoga is good for stress. Yoga releases your tension, gives you renewed energy, and improves your body awareness and posture. We stretch the body, making it stronger and more flexible, and empty the head of stressful thoughts, daily chores and planning.
12:00-12:45 pm Lunch buffet
1:00-2:30 pm Mindfulness - Introduction to mindfulness with different exercises. We introduce you to two different meditations and we work on staying in the present and experiencing what there is here and now.
2:30 pm-3:00 pm Break with refreshments -The mindful way
3.00 pm-4:00 pm Mindfulness - Mindful walk in the fantastic nature in Rebild hills. How to go for a walk with real presence - the experience of the walk, the nature, the air and your own body becomes so much more intense when you are present.
4.30 pm-5.00 pm Mindfulness
5.00 pm-6.00 pm Yoga - We go deeply into yoga once again and continue working with the various positions.
7:00 pm-9:00 pm Sports buffet in the restaurant
06:45 am Fruit and water
8.00 am-8:30 am Morning yoga - Yoga is usually practiced in the morning as an energy renewing way to start the day. The advantage of practicing in the morning is that you can feel the effects of the yoga all day long. Your body and mind will experience a feeling of revitalization and you will feel ready to meet the day with more energy and clarity.
8:30 am-9:30 am Breakfast buffet
9:30 am-11:00 am Talk on mindfulness - An interesting talk on mindfulness, the thought behind it and different angles of what mindfulness does and why it is so good for us.
11:00 am-11:20 am Break with coffee, tea, water and snacks
11:20 am-11:45 am Yoga
11:45 am-1:30 pm Mindfulness, finishing off and questions
1:30 pm-2.15 pm Lunch buffet, with space for up to 35 people. Excluding beverages at lunch and dinner.
