In all our hotels you will find a nice and cozy bar, where you can relax over a drink, a cup of coffee or a light meal at a reasonable price. Our bistro menu offers well-known classics such as burgers, salads and vegetarian dishes - as well as the opportunity to taste the chef's seasonal surprises.
For most breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Our large breakfast buffet offers a wide range of organic products, local specialties, good bread, eggs, fresh juices, yogurt and much more. Our eggs come from chickens who have lived on grass and have their own stool and nest. Our bacon has "curled tail". It comes from healthy organic pigs that have been outside for at least five months a year. Our bread is baked with flour containing all the natural ingredients of the grain. When you drink our organic juice, you help to take care of our bees.
When we invite you to our lunch buffet, you will find that we usually serve smaller portions of food. We do this to avoid food waste. Our waiters and chefs are present in the restaurant and you can always ask for more. We have increased the amount of green and use less - but better meat. We wish to be a better version of ourselves - for people and the environment. Don't you?

As the first Danish hotel chain in Denmark, in conjunction with the Hotel & Restaurantskolen, we have developed our own barista education - a sort of sommelier education for coffee and tea. We educate barists at all our hotels, which ensure concept and quality in daily life. As a guest at Comwell, whether you're staying overnight, attending meetings and conferences, enjoying a good dinner, attending a party or other events, you can always be sure that the coffee and tea you serve is organic and carefully selected. You are always welcome to take a cup-to-go with you.
The interest in specialty brewed Danish beer is steadily rising. Therefore, we have entered into a new collaboration with the microbrewery, Theodor Shiøtz Brewing, which is part of the traditional Albani Brewery.
This collaboration entails specially brewed beer, served exclusively at our Danish hotels. The brewmaster has put together taste, fill and color for the season.
