Do you need information about arrival, extra beds, and other practical details? We have gathered everything in a list.
Check-in is from 3pm. If you have booked a SpaDelight stay, check-in is from 2pm.
Check-out must be done no later than 10am. To avoid queues during check-out, we recommend settling the bill before breakfast. The key card can then be quickly returned at departure.
Children under the age of 18 must always be accompanied/stay with an adult during their stay.
Parking is free and takes place in the courtyard in front of the rooms.
We have four Clever charging stations. To start the charging process, you need your Clever subscription/chip. If you do not have an agreement with Clever, you can still download their app and pay to activate the charging through it. Bring your own cables.
If dinner is included in your stay, a table will be assigned upon arrival between 18:00 and 20:30 on a first-come, first-served basis. The dress code in our restaurant is as follows; neither swimwear, bathrobes, nor slippers are allowed.
We recommend that our guests pre-book a table before arrival unless dinner is included in the stay. Would you like a specific time? Then please write to us at: email@example.com with your reservation number, and we will try to accommodate your request.
If your stay does not include dinner, the stay can be cancelled free of charge before 4pm on the day of arrival. If the room is cancelled after 4pm, we will charge for the first night.
A prepaid "non-refundable stay" cannot be cancelled.
Rooms with dinner can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. If cancelled between 6 and 2 days before arrival, 50% of the stay's price will be charged. If cancelled less than 2 days before arrival, the full amount of the stay will be charged. Stays with nine or more people must be cancelled 30 days before.
