Cancellation policy for private parties and celebrations

Comwell's payment, cancellation, and reduction terms for private parties and events

  • Cancellation, payment, and reduction conditions for private events and parties at Comwell

  • Cancellation or any adjustments to the event must be made via email.

  • Cancellation made at least 3 months before the event date is free of charge. However, any prepayments made will not be refunded.

  • Cancellations made between 3 to 2 months before the event date will be charged 50% of the confirmed amount.

  • Cancellations made between 2 to 1 month before the event date will be charged 75% of the confirmed amount.

  • Cancellations made less than 1 month before the event date will be charged 100% of the confirmed amount.

  • The number of guests and rooms must be provided no later than 1 month before the event date. Any other reserved rooms will be released.

  • Reduction of up to 5% of the registered number of guests can be made free of charge up to 48 hours before the event.


Upon signing/written confirmation of the event, a prepayment of DKK 3,000 is required. This amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation.


75% of the confirmed amount is due 1 month before the event. The remaining amount is to be paid upon receipt of the invoice after the event.

If you're planning a party, you're typically well ahead of time, which is great because it gives us the best opportunities to give you the best party with everything that comes with it. Illness or other unforeseen events may mean that you have to postpone or cancel your event or party. We fully understand this, and as an extra service to you, you can now purchase Comwell cancellation insurance to avoid stress and unnecessary expenses if something goes wrong.

Therefore, we offer our guests cancellation insurance on all events up to 200,000 DKK. The terms and conditions of this service are:

  • With cancellation insurance, the customer can cancel or reduce the cost-free up to 72 hours before the start of the event - without cause.

  • The insurance must be ordered and paid for with the booking.

  • The premium cannot be refunded - regardless of when the event is canceled or reduced.

  • The cancellation insurance costs 6% of the total price of the event.
