Comwell's general cancellation terms and conditions for meetings and conferences
Note: Remember that cancellations and changes must always be made in writing. Cancellation and changes refer to total cancellation, reduction, shortening, relocation, and other significant changes compared to the confirmation.
Meetings and conferences under DKK 200,000,- incl. VAT:
Cancellation
More than 30 days before the 1st day of the event: Cancellation free of charge
Less than 30 days before the 1st day of the event: Invoiced with 75% of the latest agreed price
Less than 2 days before the 1st day of the event: Invoiced with 100% of the latest agreed price
Reduction and relocation of meetings and conferences
Up to 48 hours before the 1st day of the event, the number of participants can be reduced by up to 10% free of charge.
Up to 48 hours before the 1st day of the event, the event can be relocated to the same or another Comwell hotel free of charge, to be held within 60 days of the original event. The event can only be relocated once and cannot be canceled thereafter. The price will be adjusted according to the chosen hotel.

Please note that for larger meetings and conferences with a total value of more than DKK 200,000, special cancellation and payment terms apply. These are agreed upon for each event and will be specified in the confirmation. The terms in each confirmation are always valid.
