Complaint Procedure

If you are dissatisfied with our product, you should initially contact the hotel where the product or stay was purchased. Our hotels are always interested in finding a solution to the complaint.

If it comes to the point where you and the hotel cannot find a satisfactory solution together, you have the option of contacting the associated appeals board under the Competition and Consumer Authority, which in our case is the appeals board for hotels, restaurants, and tourism.
