Reservation for pandemic

Neither party shall be liable for any deficiencies or delays, including cancellations or rescheduling of bookings, made in connection with this agreement, to the extent that such deficiency or delay is directly or indirectly caused by an outbreak of disease or similar, which is categorized as a pandemic by relevant Danish authorities, with resulting restrictions established by relevant Danish authorities.

The same applies if restrictions, as described above, are imposed by relevant Danish authorities, without being caused by a pandemic.
