Accomodation

Comwell reserves the right to pre-authorize your credit/debit card prior to your arrival.

Comwell.com does not charge your credit card unless you have booked a "non-refundable stay". Your credit card is only used as a guarantee for your reservation. If you use a debit card for your booking, your bank will reserve the amount for 30 days. If you wish to have the funds released before the 30-day hold period, please contact the hotel directly with your reservation number, and they will assist you in releasing the funds.

Comwell can notify your bank via DIBS to release the funds, but only your bank can delete the reservation of the amount.

Accepted debit cards are Visa Electron, Maestro, or MasterCard Direct.

The prices and general terms on the website are calculated for individual reservations.

All prices are stated per room per night and include service and 25% VAT. Note that some offers cannot be canceled, refunded or modified.

Reservations made on a Comwell website can be changed by contacting the hotel directly. Please note that there may be price increases for changes. Reservations cannot be moved to another hotel.

We would like to inform you that we offer 3 different price types for the product "room with breakfast":

• Room with breakfast

• Room with breakfast can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival

• Room with breakfast Save 12%

Room with breakfast can be cancelled free of charge until 4:00 PM on the day of arrival. If the room is cancelled after 4:00 PM, we will charge for the first night

Room without breakfast can be cancelled free of charge until 4:00 PM on the day of arrival. If the room is cancelled after 4:00 PM, we will charge for the first night

Room with breakfast can be cancelled up to 7 days prior to arrival. This type of stay can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival, before 4:00 PM local hotel time. If the reservation is cancelled or changed after this time, we will charge 100% of the price for the first night.

"Room with breakfast Save 12%" requires 100% full payment in advance and cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded. Comwell will charge your credit card at the time of booking.

"Room without breakfast Save 12%" requires 100% full payment in advance and cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded. Comwell will charge your credit card at the time of booking.

Room with dinners, sports and/or spa treatments can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival. If cancelled between 6 and 2 days prior to arrival, we will charge 50% of the stay's price. If cancelled less than 2 days prior to arrival, the full amount of the stay will be charged.

If more than 9 rooms are booked for the same period, the hotel will consider it a group booking, which may result in changes to prices and general conditions, including cancellation and payment terms. The hotel will send a group contract to be signed by the customer to confirm the reservations.

Cancellation insurance

If you take out a cancellation insurance, the following conditions apply:

You can cancel your reservation without any cost until the day of arrival without any reason or documentation. It costs only DKK 75 per adult. Children are free of charge. The details are as follows:

1.1 Who is covered by the insurance?
The insurance covers the number of persons stated on the confirmation as well as children under 12 years. The individual person/persons are hereafter referred to as insured.

1.2 Insurance period
When the insurance is paid, it covers from the date of purchase until arrival at the hotel.

1.3 When should the insurance be purchased?
The insurance must be purchased when booking the stay.

1.4 What expenses are covered by the insurance?
The insurance covers the amount stated in the final confirmation. The cost of cancellation insurance is not refundable.

1.5 Cancellation of the stay
In any case of cancellation, the insured must immediately and no later than the planned arrival time notify the individual Comwell hotel. If cancellation is made later than the arrival time, the insurance does not cover.

Remember to call the reception at the individual hotel as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your stay.

Online meeting booking

All prices on the website are inclusive of VAT.

For meetings and conferences under DKK 200,000, the following rules apply:

Cancellation

• More than 30 days before the 1st day of the event: Cancellation free of charge

• Less than 30 days before the 1st day of the event: 75% of the last agreed amount will be invoiced

• Less than 2 days before the 1st day of the event: 100% of the last agreed amount will be charged

Reduction and relocation of meetings and conferences

• Up to 48 hours before the first day of the event, the number of participants can be reduced by up to 10% free of charge.

• Up to 48 hours before the first day of the event, the event can be moved free of charge to the same or another Comwell hotel, to be held no later than 60 days after the original event. The event can only be moved once and cannot be cancelled after that. The price is adjusted according to the chosen hotel.
