I already have a corporate agreement with Comwell and would like to invite my colleagues to book as well. How do I do this?
To invite colleagues to your corporate agreement, login to your profile on comwell.com. Go to "Corporate agreement", find "User administration" and click on the "User administration" button. Click on "+" in the upper right corner and invite colleagues by sharing the magic link or entering their email addresses. Remember to approve new users on the corporate agreement if you use the magic link.

My company has a foreign CVR number. Can we get a company agreement?

Why do I need to enter the expected number of nights?
To offer you the best service, we need to know how many overnight stays you expect to have annually. For example, if you have a high number of overnight stays and require specific hotels, we will endeavor to negotiate specific terms for your corporate agreement.

Why should I use my company's main email?
We recommend that you use your company's primary email address when creating the corporate agreement. This is also the email that your colleagues will see on your site if they have internal questions about the agreement.
The person who creates the company agreement must also be created as a user and become the account holder. Everyone who registers as a user is free to choose which email address they want to use.

Can I use the email address associated with my Comwell Club profile?
Yes, you can choose which email address you want to use when you sign up as a user of the corporate agreement. It can be your work email or your private email. When you use the email associated with Comwell Club, you will earn points and bonus nights every time you have an overnight stay with the corporate agreement.

What does it mean that I, as an account holder, can upgrade my colleagues to administrators?
When you assign your colleagues the role of administrator, they can - just like you - add colleagues to the corporate agreement. This can be an advantage if, for example, there are many of you or if you want to pass on the task. As an administrator, you can also see all the bookings made on the agreement. Ordinary users can only see their bookings.

How do I remove a colleague who has left the company from our corporate agreement?
Your colleague can disconnect themselves from the corporate agreement on the user administration page. Alternatively, account holders and administrators can also delete users.

Can a former colleague who has now left the company still book with the company agreement?
No, not via log-in. However, if the former colleague has your unique booking code, they will be able to use it. In this case, the account holder and administrator will be notified by email if this is selected in the notification settings.

Can I get a corporate agreement without joining Comwell Club?
Yes, you can. The Corporate Agreement for accommodation and Comwell Club are two different offers and can be used separately. At Comwell, we endeavor to make it as simple as possible for our guests. Therefore, it is always possible to link your profile to both, so it can be used for both business and private purposes.

What do I do when I have earned a free night in Comwell Club and want to use it privately?
Log in with your profile and visit Comwell Club, where you can find your voucher for your free bonus night.

If I use the same email address for corporate and private stays, how do I separate the purchases in my booking overview?
You can separate your purchases when you fill in payment details in the booking flow. Here it is pre-set to corporate unless you select other accommodation packages. You can always change the setting yourself, and of course, only bookings paid by your company will appear on your company agreement page.

What are the payment terms when I book an overnight stay on the corporate agreement? Payment is made on departure by credit card or cash. When paying by credit card, Comwell charges a fee corresponding to the fee Comwell is charged by the card issuer.  When booking online, DKK 500 is reserved on your credit card as a guarantee for your reservation. The reservation on the credit card is valid for 30 days from the time of booking. We also refer to our general payment terms and conditions.

Can I pay by invoice for my company accommodation?
As a rule, you cannot pay the corporate agreement by invoice. However, if you have more than 100 overnight stays per year with us, we would still like to discuss the possibility of invoice payment. At Comwell, we perform a credit assessment of the company, taking into account both the financial statements and an overall assessment of the company. If your company has already been granted invoice payment, it is the account holder and administrators of the agreement who authorize users to use invoices as payment.

Can we get a higher discount than 10% if my company books many nights at Comwell? Yes, if your company books many nights, we can negotiate specific discounts on the most commonly used Comwell hotels.

How do I make sure my company deal is always at the best possible price?
We can't guarantee that your corporate deal price will always be the best. But we do guarantee that as a corporate deal user, you will always be able to see any offers on stays when you make your booking. This way, you're sure to get the best possible price if we have other stays that you prefer during the period in question. If you choose a company as payment in the booking, this will appear on your overall booking overview for the company.

Can we get a discount on meeting rooms with a corporate agreement?
No, you don't. A corporate accommodation agreement gives you a discount on all individual nights. If you book many meetings, please contact firmaaftale@comwell.com with information about your needs. Please note that a meeting and conference agreement cannot be combined with a corporate agreement for individual nights.

Do I get a discount in the restaurant when I have an overnight stay with a corporate agreement?
No, you don't. A corporate accommodation agreement gives a discount on the room rate. Other add-ons are not included in the agreement. If you register your Comwell Club profile, you will automatically receive our great offers on other accommodation packages and offers at the hotels.

Which hotels are included in a corporate agreement for overnight stays?
A corporate agreement for overnight stays gives you 10% off overnight stays at all Comwell hotels in Denmark.

How many rooms can I book for one day?
You can book up to 9 rooms per night. For group bookings, please contact Comwell Central Booking at groups@comwell.com to get a price that applies to all rooms in a group reservation.
