Are you looking for a gift for the person who has everything, for the wedding couple, for someone you care about, or maybe for your work team? Then a gift card for Comwell is the perfect gift. A gift that creates memories, indulgence, immersion, new horizons, and above all, joy.

Our gift cards can be used as full or partial payment for any stay at our hotels, for a dinner in one of our restaurants, or for a trip to the spa. However, gift cards cannot be used to pay for prepaid stays.

Our gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of issue and cannot be exchanged for cash.

It only takes 1 minute to order a gift card. As soon as payment is received, you will receive the gift card by email. Once you have received the gift card, you can print it out and write the recipient's name on it. We have made sure that the gift card is beautifully designed.

• The gift card is valid for 3 years from the date of issuance and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• After purchasing the gift card, you have a 14-day withdrawal period during which the gift card can be refunded.

• The gift card can be used as full or partial payment.

• Only one gift card can be used as full or partial payment for a private party/event.

• Gift cards can only be used for private stays, dinners, or parties/events.

• The gift card cannot be used for prepaid stays.

• The gift card can be extended once and must be done within 12 months of the expiration date.

• If you wish to extend the expiration date of the gift card, a fee of DKK 200 will be charged, which will be deducted from the value of the gift card.

• Please note that we cannot extend experience gift cards from Gavefabrikken or GoDream.

• The use of gift cards from Go Dream, SmartBox, and GaveFabrikken cannot be combined with other offers and/or discount schemes.

We know it all too well. Time flies and you didn't get a chance to use your gift card before it expired. As an extra service, we offer the option to extend your gift card for an additional year for a fee of DKK 200.

If you wish to extend your gift card, please fill out the form on this page. Remember to provide the number of your gift card, your name, and your address. The fee will be deducted from the value of the gift card.

Please note that we cannot extend experience gift cards from Gavefabrikken or GoDream.

Information about gift cards from GaveFabrikken:

When using a gift card from GaveFabrikken, you must book your stay through the link: /gavefabrikken. Note that if the stay is not booked through this link, the gift card cannot be used as payment.

You can book stays with a gift card from GaveFabrikken at selected Comwell hotels.

If you are unsure which gift card you have, this can always be seen on the back of the cover.

The use of gift cards from Gavefabrikken cannot be combined with other offers and/or discounts.
