Gift vouchers for stays, dinner and spa

Our gift cards can be used as full or partial payment for any stay at our hotels, a dinner in one of our restaurants or a day at the spa. However, gift cards cannot be used to pay for prepaid stays. Our gift cards are valid for 3 years after issue and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Forget about long queues and delayed parcel delivery. A gift voucher for Comwell can be done here and now, and it only takes a minute to order.

As soon as the payment has gone through, you'll receive the gift voucher by email. You can then print it out and write the recipient's name on the gift voucher. Of course, we have made sure that the gift voucher is beautifully designed.

Nice to know about Comwell gift card

  • The gift card is valid for 3 years after issue and cannot be exchanged for cash

  • You have a 14-day cancellation period during which the gift card can be refunded

  • The gift card can be used as full or partial payment

  • Only one gift card can be used as full or partial payment for a private party/event

  • Gift cards can only be used for private stays, dinners or parties/events

  • The gift card can be used on prepaid stays - but not on stays/events sold with prepayment by third parties.

  • You can extend a Comwell gift card for an additional year for a fee of DKK 200 (does not apply to gift cards from GaveFabrikken, Go Dream or Smartbox). Fill out the form below and remember to include your gift card number, name and address. The fee will be deducted from the value of the gift card.

  • To use a gift voucher from GaveFabrikken, you must book your stay at Gavefabrikken. Note: If the stay is not booked via this link, the gift voucher cannot be used as payment.

  • You can book stays with a GaveFabrikken gift card at selected Comwell hotels.

  • If you are unsure which gift voucher you have, this can always be seen on the back of the cover.

  • The use of GaveFabrikken gift cards cannot be combined with other offers and/or discount schemes.

  • It is not possible to extend experience gift vouchers from GaveFabrikken.

  • When booking a stay with a GoDream gift card, please contact Comwell on +45 70 274 274 or the hotel directly. Have your gift voucher ID and password ready.

  • The use of GoDream gift cards cannot be combined with other offers and/or discount schemes.

  • It is not possible to extend Go Dream experience gift card.

  • When booking a Smartbox gift card, please check the booking process for the Smartbox gift card in question on the Smartbox website.
