Check-in is from 3pm.

You must check-out no later than 10am on weekdays, and no later than 11am on weekends and public holidays.

Children under the age of 18 must always be accompanied by an adult. 

Free parking is available in the parking area in the hotel courtyard, and 300 parking spaces are available in Bygholm Park.

If your stay does not include dinner, you can cancel before 4pm on the day of arrival. If the room is cancelled after 4pm, you will be charged for the first night.

A prepaid “non-refundable stay” cannot be cancelled.

 A room with dinner included can be cancelled free of charge no later than 7 days before arrival. If you cancel between 6 and 2 days prior to arrival, you will be invoiced for 50% of the price of the stay. If you cancel less than 2 days prior to arrival, you will be invoiced for the full price of the stay. Bookings for nine or more people must be cancelled 30 days in advance.
