Children under the age of three are free and children under the age of 12 are half price.
The table is set with white tablecloths and napkins, white candles and flower stems.

Cold smoked Danish salmon with airy smoked cheese cream, pickled cranberries, crispy rye bread crumble, frisee and crispy herbs
Fried white fish with creamy lobster bisque, pickled fennel, smoked almonds, dill oil and herbs
Chicken rillette with fresh herbs, tarragon mayonnaise, crispy puff pastry flakes and herbs tossed in fermented garlic vinaigrette
Main course
All main courses are served with garnishes carefully selected by our kitchen according to season for the best flavour experience
Slow-roasted veal from Grambogård* served with a rich red wine sauce
Duet of pork from Grambogård served with sauce Robert or braising sauce (depending on the cut)
Stuffed chicken from Rokkedahl served with sauce supreme
Slow-roasted beef from Grambogård* served with sauce Bordelaise
* Depending on the choice of meat cut, there may be an additional charge of DKK 75 per person (e.g. sirloin, fillet). Changes in general can be made for an additional charge - please ask.
