Corporate party, kick-off, anniversary, Christmas party, or simply an all-out celebration – a great party has many names. And Comwell Kellers Park is more than happy to host them all.

The four event spaces at our stylish and atmospheric hotel all boast stunning views of the fjord and forest through large windows that bring nature into the celebration. We always strive to host only one event at a time, ensuring you get the attention you deserve.

Our large banquet hall features a movable partition, allowing parties of 50-60 guests to dine in one section and then move into the other, where the space is ready for festivities, such as with a bar. From there, you can party the night away!

On the slope leading down to the fjord, your corporate party can start on the right note with a welcome drink on the terrace or in the garden. Enjoy a glass of bubbly while taking in the magnificent views of the fjord and the beautiful green treetops.

But first, a bit of planning for your corporate party

Contact us as soon as you’ve set a date, and let’s meet so you can experience our tranquil, atmospheric hotel in the unique surroundings of the fjord and forest. During our meeting, we’ll go through your wishes, such as the menu and any allergens or special needs we need to accommodate. We’re also happy to brainstorm with you on themes and ideas for your corporate party—we’ve seen it all and know what’s possible. In short, anything! From there, all communication can easily take place via email or phone.

We set the stage and decorate for your corporate party

The setup is entirely up to you. Round tables, long tables, or a U-shaped arrangement; the color of tablecloths, candles, and napkins (and how they’re folded); five-armed candelabras or block candles; and your choice of flowers or other decorations—it’s all your decision. For evening events, classic table settings with white linen tablecloths and napkins, block candles, and flowers are included in the price.

We’re always open to new ideas! We’ve hosted themed parties and award shows, where we’ve assisted with all the setup for an additional fee.

A striking and popular feature for corporate parties at Comwell Kellers Park is our LED lighting behind the curtains, which can glow in your company’s colors. The soft lighting enhances the cozy atmosphere beautifully.

If you’d like special features like a photo booth, MySelfie, a DJ, or live bands, we can help with that too. In fact, we have a few bands we highly recommend and know can get the party started.

All event spaces are equipped with speakers that can play background music from your playlist during dinner.

Corporate Party in the Kitchen

Our head chef will propose a menu based on your preferences and the seasonal ingredients available. Our kitchen is renowned for its high culinary standards and strong focus on organic and sustainable practices. For example, we source our organic meat from Grambogaard and many of our ingredients from local farms. And the taste? Always top-notch!

We can serve the meal plated or as family-style dishes to share. The latter creates a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere at the table, entirely up to your preference.

Teambuilding and activities before your corporate party

Kick off your corporate party with a fun and engaging cocktail-making class, where you’ll shake, stir, and, of course, taste your creations. Or dive into the world of craft beverages with a gin or microbrewery beer tasting, exploring all the subtle flavors.

Find your zen with yoga on the lawn overlooking the stunning fjord and forest. Or indulge in a spa experience with activities like saunagus, clay baths, and water aerobics. For a historical twist, explore the fascinating story behind our buildings, originally a care home—nicknamed "the lunatic asylum"—for people with mental disabilities. Join a historical tour and discover why the self-sustaining De Kellerske Institutions, with their own farm, bakery, and steam laundry, were once considered a model institution in Europe.

These activities are also suitable as companion tours. If you have specific requests for activities before your corporate party, we’ll be happy to accommodate them.

Enjoy a visit to our exclusive AquaSpa, featuring a shower walk, herbal sauna, steam bath, outdoor hot tub, and a sandy beach with light therapy.
