Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for any shortfalls or delays, including cancellations or rescheduling of bookings, pertaining to bookings covered in this agreement, 

i) if and to the extent that the specific shortfall or delay is directly or indirectly caused by fire, flood, natural disaster, lockout, blockade, war, terrorism, civil riot, cyber attack or other extraordinary cause, beyond the involved party's reasonable control, and 

ii) provided that the involved party who does not fulfill their obligation, or does not deliver in accordance with what was agreed upon, could not have prevented the shortfall or delay by use of normal and reasonable efforts.
