Comwell a-s’ processing of personal data
When a company enters a collaboration agreement with Comwell a-s (hereinafter referred to as ‘Comwell’), Comwell collects and processes, as a data controller, a line of personal data.

Comwell collects and processes, amongst others, personal data about relevant contact persons of the company, as well as, the persons making use of one or more of the Comwell's services in relation to the collaboration agreement.

Comwell collects, i.a., the following personal data:

  • Name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and date of birth
  • Payment card data and purchase history
  • The use of Comwell Club and feedback from our guests
  • Disabilities, allergies and special food preferences

The purpose of collection and processing of personal data, i.a., can be:

  • Processing of your reservations and purchases
  • Contacting you before, during and/or after your stay
  • Improvement and development of Comwell’s services
  • Adjustment of Comwell’s marketing and communication for you

 The processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are party or in order to take steps at the request of you prior to entering into a contract, to be able to determine or make a legal claim or for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by Comwell.

 Your personal data is stored safely and Comwell has made all necessary organizational as well as technical measures to protect your personal data.

In accordance to EU’s General Data Protection Regulation, you have a number of rights.

These rights are as follows:

  • You have the right to obtain a copy of the personal data, that Comwell process about you
  • You have the right to have the personal data that Comwell has registered about you rectified and/or updated
  • You have the right to have your personal data erased that Comwell has gathered about you
  • If the processing of personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent

Comwell erases your personal data, when Comwell, intact to the legislation, e.g. the Danish Bookkeeping Act, is no longer obliged to save the data, or when there is no longer a purpose of processing.

Information to be provided at group bookings
When Comwell receives personal data from third parties, for example, in connection with a group booking, the responsible of the group and/or the reservation is obliged to inform the concerned guests about Comwell’s Terms and Conditions, as well as the Personal Data Policy
