Here you can book staff accommodations at Comwell's hotels. At our Danish hotels, rooms can be reserved for a maximum of 30 days before arrival. The Swedish hotels can be booked with two weeks' notice.

When you book a staff stay of more than 1 night, you will not be visited by housekeeping. Should new towels or the like be needed, you can always contact the reception and get new ones handed out free of charge.

Enter the number from the backside of your annual pass in the comment field on the last page when booking and ALWAYS bring the annual pass for presentation at check-in at the hotel.

Please note:

• The annual pass is personal and requires that you, as an employee, are present during the stay.

• It is not possible to book at Varbergs Kusthotell in July.

• It is not possible to book stays at Comwell Kellers Park on Saturdays.

• If the hotel is expected to be fully booked, they may decline your request or ask you to contact them at a later time.

• There is an unlimited number of overnight stays for you with a companion and your own children - however, a maximum of 3 overnight stays per stay.

• Read and know the rules and guidelines for staff accommodations on the annual pass or on the intranet. By booking staff accommodations, you accept the applicable rules and terms and conditions for the use of the annual pass.
