A Meal for Reasonable Money
At all of our hotels, you will find a cosy bar. Here, you can relax with a drink, a cup of coffee, or a light meal at a reasonable price. We offer well-known classics such as burgers, salads, and vegetarian dishes - and you also have the opportunity to taste the kitchen chefs' seasonal surprises.

Our Breakfast Buffet
For most breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Our large breakfast buffet offers a wide range of organic products, local specialities, good bread, eggs, fresh juices, yoghurt and much more. Our eggs come from hens that have had access to pasture and their own perch and nest. Our bacon has a "curl on the tail" as it comes from healthy organic pigs that have spent at least five months a year outdoors. Our bread is made from flour that contains all the natural components of the grain. When you drink our organic juice and juice, you are helping take care of our bees.

Green Is the New Black
When we set up for lunch buffet, you will experience that we often serve the food in small portions. We do this to avoid food waste. Our waiters and chefs are present in the restaurant, so you can always ask for more. We have increased the amount of greens and use less - but better - meat. We do not want to preach about health, but we want to be a better version of ourselves - for people and the environment. Don't you?
Vegetarian, vegan or any allergies?
If you have a food allergy or are particularly sensitive to certain foods, please let your server know before ordering your food. Your server can guide you to the dishes that best suit your needs.

We Make an Effort With Our Coffee
As the first Danish hotel chain, we have developed our own barista education in collaboration with the Hotel & Restaurant School - a kind of sommelier education, but within coffee/tea. We train baristas at all hotels who ensure the concept and quality of daily operations. So when you are a guest at Comwell, whether you are staying overnight, attending meetings and conferences, enjoying a good dinner, partying or attending other events, you can always be sure that the coffee and tea you are served are carefully selected and organic. You are always welcome to take a cup-to-go with you to your room or when you are on the go.

Our Own Beer
The interest in speciality-brewed Danish beer is steadily rising. Therefore, we have entered into a new collaboration with the microbrewery, Theodor Shiøtz Brewing, which is part of the traditional Albani Brewery.
This collaboration entails specially brewed beer, served exclusively at our Danish hotels. The brewmaster has put together taste, fill and colour for the season.

Let's just say it as it is! At Comwell, we love food, and our love for food is a central part of our DNA. We explore, develop, and renew our culinary skills, and our passionate colleagues do their best every day to ensure that Comwell's guests always sit down to meals that are both tasty and prepared with a sense of both flavour and aesthetics.
We would love to share our love for food with all of you who are also passionate about "the good meal." Therefore, we regularly publish recipes where both the experienced and the less experienced can find plenty of inspiration.
