If you want a birthday offer, you need to register your birthdate in your Comwell Club profile and sign up for the newsletter on your club page. The offer is provided that you have registered for your birthday and subscribed to the newsletter at least one day before your birthday.
We have previously had a special birthday offer for Comwell Club members with an invitation for free breakfast, coffee/cake, or a drink at our hotels. We no longer offer this, but you will still receive an email with other offers on your birthday.
The points you have accumulated are valid for the current calendar year + 36 months from the date of accrual. Your points will always expire on March 1st. When you use your points for payment, we always deduct the points you have earned first. As a member of Comwell Club, it is always your responsibility to keep track of when your points expire. Example: If you earned points on 1/8-2018, they will expire on 1/3-2022.
Your birthday offer unfortunately cannot be extended.
You can log in to your profile at the top of the page and change your information. If you need further assistance, you can contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will assist you.
You earn 5% of the total amount when you settle your bill. Please note that this only applies to the amount charged to your room during your stay. You do not earn points on the amount paid with points. You earn points on all purchases made during a stay at one of Comwell's Danish hotels.
You can use your points as payment when you stay at a Comwell hotel in Denmark. Inform the receptionist if you want to use your points as payment. The amount will then be deducted from your bill when you check out. You do not earn points on the amount you pay with points.
If you have not received your points, you must send an email no later than three months after the date of your stay to email@example.com. In the email, you must provide the email address to your membership is registered, your phone number, and your reservation number.
Your username is your email
You have created your password yourself and for security reasons, we cannot see it. You can reset your password at the top of the page.
It is free to be a member of Comwell Club.
If you no longer wish to be a member of Comwell Club, you can delete your profile under settings (top right corner) when you log in to your Comwell Club profile. Under the section "DELETE PROFILE," click on "I would like to delete my Comwell Club profile," and enter your Comwell Club profile password to confirm the deletion of your profile.
You can always unsubscribe via the link at the bottom of the newsletter or when you log in to your profile.
You may have unsubscribed from our newsletter or the email may have been rejected by your email provider. Please check your spam filter and try adding our sender to your contact list in your email client. We send newsletters from firstname.lastname@example.org. If you need further assistance, you can send us an email at email@example.com, providing us with your name, email, and phone number.
If you enter your personal information in your profile, we can target the emails we send to you. For example, you can enter your postal code so that we can send you emails about events and activities in your local area.
If the gift card has been issued by Comwell, you can use it as payment for stays that are not prepaid. Payment with a gift card is made upon departure. You still need to provide your credit card information when booking, as this is a guarantee for your booking.
When visiting Comwell alone, you should not have to pay for two people. However, there is a surcharge because part of the costs associated with an overnight stay is the same, regardless of whether there are one or more guests in the room.
