Terms and conditions for company agreement on accommodation between the company, all the company's subsidiaries and departments and Comwell Hotels

1. Period

The agreement is valid as of today's date and is valid for one year. The agreement is automatically extended by one year at a time, unless the agreement is cancelled by one of the parties with one month's written notice.

All prices are net prices including VAT. No commission or commission etc. is granted to any third party.

2. Discount on individual hotel stays

You are offered a fixed 10% off the standard daily room rate including breakfast buffet.

The daily rate is subject to availability and the discount does not apply to already discounted rates or other promotional rates.

2.1 Parking
Prices include parking free of charge except at Comwell Aarhus, Comwell Hvide Hus Aalborg, Comwell H. C. Andersen Odense and Comwell Copenhagen Portside.

3. Cancellation terms for overnight stays with a company agreement

Cancellation means total cancellation, reduction, shortening, shortening, relocation and similar significant changes in relation to the confirmation.

3.1 Cancellation of rooms with and without breakfast
Bookings of rooms with and without breakfast can be cancelled free of charge until 16:00 local time on the day of arrival. If the room is cancelled after 16:00 local time, we will charge for the first night.

4. Payment terms for overnight stays with a corporate agreement

Payment is made on departure by credit card or cash. When paying by credit card, Comwell charges a fee corresponding to the fee charged to Comwell by the card issuer.

For bookings of stays without prepayment made on our website, DKK 500 is reserved on a payment card as a guarantee for your reservation. The reservation on the payment card is valid for 30 days from the time of booking. We also refer to our general terms of payment.

5. Comwell Hotel's processing of personal data

When a company sets up a corporate agreement with Comwell Hotels, Comwell, as data controller, collects and processes a number of personal data. Among other things, personal data is collected and processed about relevant contact persons at the company and the persons who use one or more of Comwell's services in connection with the cooperation agreement.

6. Pandemics

Neither party shall be liable for any defects or delays, including cancellations or transfers of bookings, under bookings made in connection with this agreement, if and to the extent that the defect or delay in question is directly or indirectly caused by an outbreak of disease or similar, which is categorised by relevant Danish authorities as a pandemic with resulting restrictions imposed by relevant Danish authorities.

The same applies if restrictions as described above are imposed by relevant Danish authorities without it being caused by a pandemic.

 7. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay, including cancellations or rescheduling of bookings, under any booking made in connection with this agreement, i) if and to the extent that such failure or delay is directly or indirectly caused by fire, flood, natural disaster, lockout, strikes, blockade, war, terror, civil unrest, cyber-attack or other extraordinary cause beyond the reasonable control of the party; and ii) provided that the party failing to perform its obligation or failing to deliver as agreed could not with ordinary and reasonable endeavours have prevented the failure or delay. Internal strikes at Comwell and at Comwell's subcontractors that significantly affect Comwell's ability to conduct business are considered force majeure.

Both parties are obliged to treat all information about the content of this agreement as confidential in relation to third parties.

8. Breach of contract

Comwell reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate a user of the company agreement if the agreement is breached. Such breach may, for example, consist of gross or disrespectful behaviour towards Comwell, criminal acts or acts that are generally perceived as immoral or unethical, or which constitute a breach of these terms and conditions. The agreement is considered misused if users of the agreement share the company's booking code with persons outside the company.

8.1 Responsibility for the agreement
It is the account holder's responsibility to comply with the agreement.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties are obliged to treat all information about the content of this agreement as confidential in relation to third parties.
