An unforgettable New Year's Eve at Comwell Holte
Experience a magical New Year's Eve at Comwell Holte, where we make sure everything is taken care of. When you arrive, we welcome you with coffee and cake. The evening begins with a welcome drink and delicious appetisers while you mingle with the other guests.
Dinner is accompanied by an exquisite menu with carefully selected wines that complement the dishes perfectly. After dinner, you can enjoy coffee and petit fours in cosy surroundings.
As the clock approaches midnight, we open up the open bar so you can toast the old year out and the new year in style. At midnight, bubbles and wreath cake will be served so you can celebrate the New Year in style.
Price: DKK 2,495 per person. Please note that tickets are prepaid and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

2.00 - 5.00 pm: Check-in
2.00 - 4.00 pm: We serve coffee and cake
5.30 pm: Welcome reception before and during the King's first New Year speech. Bubbles with and without alcohol and snacks will be served
6.30 pm: We show guests to their tables for a 4-course dinner with a wine menu, coffee and petit fours
11.00 pm: We open for open bar, music and the dance floor
Midnight: We welcome the new year with bubbles and wreath cake
01.00 am: We serve a late-night snack
02.00 am: We say thank you for today and happy new year
11.00 pm - 01.00 am: Opportunity to set off your own fireworks in a designated area. Comwell Holte is not responsible for fireworks.

Oysters, cucumber, malt, cress

Crustade, scrambled tartare, egg yolk, chives
Snacks:
Tapioca seaweed chips - homemade cream cheese
New Year's cod - mustard - capers
water biscuit - western cheese - truffle
Appetiser:
Grilled lobster - Jerusalem artichoke confit - lobster stock - lemon thyme
Middle course:
Haddock - cabbage - browned butter - potato - dill - caviar
Main course:
Hook-aged beef sirloin from Grambogaard - hay-baked celery - fermented mushroom sauce - pommes Anna
Dessert:
Chocolate bar - blackcurrant - almonds - caramel
New Year's Eve can only be booked at Comwell Holte and there are only a limited number of seats for sale.
The event is prepaid. When you purchase New Year's Eve dinner at Comwell Holte, the amount is immediately charged to your credit card. The purchase cannot be cancelled or refunded. If the event cannot be held as planned, your purchase will be refunded.
