In Bar V, you will find an extremely well-assorted cocktail menu. For the hunger, we offer a number of fresh dishes from our seasonal bar menu. We promise that all of your senses are being activated with the sweet, salty and sour.

The lunch menu can be ordered between 11.30 am to 5.30 pm
SANDWICH with butter fried ryebread, roastbeef, homemade sauce
remoulade, crispy onions, horseradish and pickles
CHICKEN SALAD served with crispy salads, marinated lentils/beans,
pickled red onion, creamy curry-dressing, parmesan and crispy crouton

COMWELL BURGER with grilled
brioche bun, Danish organic ground beef, crispy salads, home pickled cucumber,
semi-baked cherry tomatoes, cheddar cheese and a mild chili mayonnaise. On the

ONION SOUP made on caramelized onions and intense veal stock. Served with cheese gratinated bread with “Vesterhavsost”
VEAL RIBEYE served with fried king oyster mushroom, fried sunchokes, crispy french fries and Sauce Bearnaise
FLATFISH of the season served with butter steamed carrot and parsnip with herbs,
boiled potatoes with fresh dill, grilled lemon and butter-sauce with capers
THE SWEET cake baked with the fruits and berries of the season. Served with creamy
vanilla ice cream and preserved berries
Bar V’s green tea gin – Lemon juice - Ginger syrup - Acacia honey - Green tea. No, we do not recommend sugar and milk with this.
