Check-in is from 2pm.

Check-out is at 11am at the latest.

Do you wish to extend your stay by checking in two hours earlier or checking out two hours later than the applicable times? If so, this can be booked prior to your stay for a fee of DKK 200.

Children under 18 years of age must always be accompanied by an adult in conjunction with their stay.

There is parking available at the hotel for a fee. Please note that if you park in the hotel's parking lot, you must inform the reception upon check-in. The price for parking is DKK 95 per day. Parking cannot be reserved in advance.

A maximum of two extra beds can be made up in each superior room. Extra beds must always be booked in advance.

Babies (0-2 years) sleeping in the same bed as their parents stay free of charge.

Cots (0-3 years) cost DKK 150 per night.

If there are several of you travelling together we can offer rooms with connecting doors to allow free access between the rooms.

If your stay does not include dinner, the stay can be cancelled free of charge before 4pm on the day of arrival. If the room is cancelled after 4pm, we will charge for the first night.

A prepaid "non-refundable stay" cannot be cancelled.

Rooms with dinner can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. If cancelled between 6 and 2 days before arrival, 50% of the stay's price will be charged. If cancelled less than 2 days before arrival, the full amount of the stay will be charged. Stays with nine or more people must be cancelled 30 days before.
