On our first floor you will find Restaurant V, our brasserie with a cosy urban atmosphere and dishes inspired by the pantries of Eastern Jutland. With a view over "Spain", the open kitchen offers food that will appeal to every sense, in a great-looking venue with furniture from HAY.
Our head chef prioritises good craftsmanship, classical values and focuses on Danish organic ingredients. Restaurant V also has its own pastry chef and baker, so freshly-baked bread and sweetbreads are on sale all day long.
Our chefs are also at the ready to prepare egg dishes for you as part of
our extensive breakfast buffet. At midday, we offer a lunch platter with a
salad bar. During the evening, we have an a la carte menu, which proudly
features good craftsmanship, classical values and Danish organic ingredients.
Restaurant V has a large wine list. All wines are available by the glass.
