With a view of ‘Spain’ and the open kitchen, Restaurant V offers something for all the senses. Here, our chefs put their hearts into every dish, creating flavours that balance the simple with the refined.

The menu changes frequently and reflects our love of Nordic cuisine with a modern twist. To accompany the food, we have a wide selection of Danish beers and a wine list with a special love for European wines, including many organic ones.

The rooms are tastefully decorated with HAY furniture and the atmosphere is youthful, vibrant and relaxed, making both locals and hotel guests feel at home.

We have room for 280 people, so there are options for intimate dinners and large parties.
