Do you want to extend your stay by either two hours earlier check-in or two hours later check-out than the current times? Then this can be booked in advance of your stay for a fee of DKK 200,-.

Children under the age of 18 must always be accompanied/stay with an adult in connection with a stay.

You are welcome to use the hotel's own parking basement for a fee. Please note that when parking here, your car's registration number must be informed to our reception no later than 15 minutes after arrival. 

Price:
Ordinary car parking costs DKK 100,- for a day ticket or DKK 175,- for 24 hours.

Alternative parking option:
If our parking basement is fully occupied, you can park at the parking basement at Frederiks Plads, which is located across the street from the hotel. The prices correspond with the hotel's pricing.

If an evening meal is included in your stay, you will need to book a time you will take your meal when you arrive at the hotel. Children are offered portions at half price. If dinner is not included, it is a good idea to book a table in advance, as there is a risk that the restaurant will be fully booked on the day.

Our restaurant is open from Monday to Saturday and we serve lunch between 12pm – 4pm and dinner from 5pm – 9:30pm.

If your stay does not include dinner, you can cancel at no charge at any time up to 4pm on your arrival date. If you cancel your room after 4pm you will be invoiced for the first night. 

Prepaid ”non-refundable stays” are not cancellable. 

Rooms with dinner included can be cancelled free of charge no later than seven days before you are due to arrive. Cancellations between two and six days before you were due to arrive will be charged 50% of the price of the stay. If you cancel less than two days before your due arrival date, you will be charged the full price of the stay. Stays involving groups of nine or more must be cancelled 30 days in advance.
