Check in & check out
Check in is from 2pm, and checkout is no later than 11am.
If you wish to arrive before 2pm it costs DKK 100 per hour (has to be booked in advance). Late checkout is possible for DKK 100 per extra hour.
Breakfast
Breakfast buffet is included in all stays at our hotel and is served Monday-Friday from 7.00am - 9.30am and Saturday-Sunday from 7.00am - 10.00am.
It's possible to order a grab’n’go breakfast, if you have to leave early (has to be ordered the evening before).
Smoking
It is not allowed to smoke in indoor areas at the hotel. E-cigarettes are not allowed indoors.
Dinner and table reservation
If dinner is included in your stay, a table has been pre-booked for you between 6pm - 8pm.
Roomservice
Breakfast in your room needs to be ordered the evening before.
If you are ordering several dishes from the evening menu, all dishes will be served at them same time.
There is a surcharge of DKK 50 for room service.
Allergies
Some rooms have wooden floor instead of carpets. We also have hypoallergenic duvets and pillows (to be ordered in advance).
Dogs in the room
"Quiet" and house trained dogs are allowed in the room, provided the hotel is notified before arrival. There is an additional charge of DKK 250 per dog per night.
Extra beds in the room
You can book up to two extra beds per room.
Parking
Parking is free.
To ensure free parking, you have to remember to register your license plate on our Q-PARK tablets in the reception area.
For electric cars the parking space itself is free but there is user payment for the electricity via the Clever app, and you must bring your own cables.
Internet access
We offer free wifi in all areas. We also have a business center with two computers, you can use for free.
Public transportation
The nearest train station is Kolding station approximately 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.
Credit card
There is a fee on foreign credit cards.
