Check-in is possible from 2pm.

Check-out must be done no later than 11am.

Do you want to extend your stay with either two hours earlier check-in or two hours later check-out than the applicable times? This can be booked in advance of your stay for a fee of DKK 200,-.

Children under the age of 18 must always be accompanied/stay with an adult during the stay.

When you arrive at the hotel you will be asked to complete a registration card, sign it and present valid identification if requested. We are required to do this by Danish law.

Maximum of two beds per room.

Children (ages 3-11) pay half the price of adults.

Baby crib up to 3 years old is priced at 150 DKK per night.

It is allowed to bring "quiet" and house-trained dogs to the room, provided the hotel is notified before the stay.

We have four dog-friendly rooms on the 2nd floor, and you need to call and inquire in advance as they may be occupied. Thus, you cannot book a dog-friendly room by simply writing it in the comment field when booking online.

A maximum of two dogs are allowed per room. Dogs must not be left alone in the room and are not allowed in the restaurant and bar. Dogs must always be kept on a leash on the hotel premises.

An additional cost of 250 DKK per dog per night is applied and is only available for standard rooms on the 2nd floor.

If your stay does not include dinner, the stay can be cancelled free of charge before 4pm on the day of arrival. If the room is cancelled after 4pm, we will charge for the first night.

A prepaid "non-refundable stay" cannot be cancelled.

Rooms with dinner can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. If cancelled between 6 and 2 days before arrival, 50% of the stay's price will be charged. If cancelled less than 2 days before arrival, the full amount of the stay will be charged. Stays with nine or more people must be cancelled 30 days before.

Comwell Klarskovgaard accepts all popular credit cards. Please note that there is a fee for foreign credit cards.

Comwell reserves the right to pre-approve your credit/debit card prior to your arrival. Comwell.com will not charge your credit card unless you book a "non-refundable stay".

Your credit card is only used as a guarantee for your reservation.

If you use a debit card for your booking, your bank will reserve the amount for 30 days. If you wish to have the funds released before the 30 days are up, please contact Comwell with your reservation number, and the hotel will assist you in releasing the funds. Comwell can notify your bank via DIBS to release the amount, but only your bank can remove the reservation of the amount. Debit cards include Visa Electron, Maestro, or MasterCard Direct.

A breakfast buffet is included in all stays at our hotel and is served Monday-Friday from 6:30am-9:30am and Saturday-Sunday from 7am-10am. During public holidays from 7am-10am.

If dinner is included in your stay, a table has been pre-booked for you between 6:30pm - 8pm. If a specific time is desired, please contact the hotel.

A light Grab & Go breakfast is offered to guests at no extra charge. However, this must be ordered the night before - no later than 9:30pm at the reception.

Always give us advance notice if you suffer from any allergies. This also applies to food.

Our reception is staffed 24/7 and always ready to assist you with anything you may need.

At Restaurant Taste of Comwell, located on the ground floor, the menu is always an exciting experience to dive into. We regularly change the menus to suit the season's ingredients.

Our restaurant is open for lunch from 12pm to 2:30pm and for dinner from 5:30pm to 10pm. The kitchen closes at 9pm for the last order.

Note: The kitchen is closed on Sundays, but sandwiches, cold tapas plates, and snacks can be ordered and enjoyed in the room. This must be pre-ordered no later than the day before.

Adjacent to Restaurant Taste of Comwell, you will find our cozy bar, which is a natural gathering point whether you are staying with us, attending a meeting, or going to cultural events in the theater hall.

We offer a well-stocked drinks menu as well as a varied bistro menu, where you can choose from classic and light dishes such as burgers, salads, and vegetarian options.

The nearest station is Kolding Station, which is located approximately a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

We offer free parking at Comwell Kolding.

To ensure free parking, please remember to register your license plate at our Q-PARK tablets, which you can find in the lobby of the hotel.

We offer charging stations for electric cars at Comwell Kolding. The parking itself is free, but there is a user fee for the electricity via the Clever app, and you must bring your own cables.

We offer free wireless internet throughout the hotel. To connect, select 'comwellhotels' as the Wi-Fi network and then log in with the password 'comwellhotels'.

All smoking is prohibited indoors and e-cigarettes are not allowed indoors. Smoking is only permitted at the ashtrays outside.

All stays require the input of a payment card, even if you have a gift card. No payment is taken upon entering your card details. All stays are settled at the hotel - except for non-refundable stays, where the amount is charged upon booking. These stays cannot be refunded or moved.

Please note that if you use a MasterCard Debit or VISA Debit as a guarantee, the amount will be reserved on your account and will only be released after departure. It can take up to 30 days depending on which card issuer you use.

If you have a gift card valid for all Comwell hotels, you can book your stay online and settle the payment with the gift card at check-out. You will be asked for your credit card information during online booking, which is only a guarantee for arrival.

Gift cards cannot be used for payment of prepaid non-refundable stays.

Gift cards from Gavefabrikken must always be ordered via the link that comes with the gift card and cannot be used as payment unless the stay is specifically booked through it.

All our hotels have the Danish Organic Cuisine Bronze Label, which means that 30-60% of all our food and beverage purchases are organic. We believe that the Organic Cuisine Label will improve the quality and taste experience that our kitchens provide our guests.

We take active measures to prevent food waste. We, therefore, make sure that our food waste is recycled as biogas and second-generation biodiesel.

All Comwell hotels are Green Key certified, which means that an extra effort is made to protect the environment. We are Denmark's most sustainable hotel chain, and we use local ingredients to the extent possible instead of importing foreign ingredients.

You automatically earn 5% of the total amount of your final bill for any overnight stay. All points earned can be used as payment for your next overnight stay, with the exception of stays involving conferences and meetings.
