Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is at 10am at the latest (Sunday at 11am).

If you wish to prolong your stay with either a two-hour early check-in or two-hour late check-out, you can purchase this for a fee of 200 DKK.

Children below the age of 18 should always be accompanied by an adult during the stay.

Parking is free and takes place in our large parking area.

At Comwell Borupgaard, you can use one of our charging stations for your electric car. The parking itself is free, but there is a user fee for the electricity via the Clever app, and you need to bring your own cables.

• Dinner is served from 6pm to 10:30pm (kitchen closes at 9:30pm).

• If your stay includes dinner, you will be assigned a table upon arrival between 6pm and 9pm on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Children can choose between a kids' menu or a regular menu at half price.

• Dress code: No swimwear, bathrobes, or slippers.

• If you want more dining options, we recommend the lobby bar/cafe until 9:30pm.

If your stay does not include dinner, you can cancel at no charge at any time up to 4pm on your arrival date. If you cancel your room after 4pm you will be invoiced for the first night. 

Prepaid ”non-refundable stays” are not cancellable. 

Rooms with dinner included can be cancelled free of charge no later than 7 days before you are due to arrive. Cancellations between 2 and 6 days before you were due to arrive will be charged 50% of the price of the stay. If you cancel less than 2 days before your due arrival date, you will be charged the full price of the stay. Stays involving groups of nine or more must be cancelled 30 days in advance.
