Do you want to extend your stay by either two hours earlier check-in or two hours later check-out than the current times? Then this can be booked in advance of your stay for a fee of DKK 200,-.

Children under the age of 18 must always be accompanied/stay with an adult in connection with a stay.

A maximum of one extra bed can be made up in each room. Extra beds must always be booked in advance. Children (3-11 years) cost DKK 200 per night. Babies (0-2 years) sleeping in the same bed as their parents stay free of charge. Cots (0-3 years) cost DKK 150 per night. An extra bed costs DKK 300 per night. If there are several of you travelling together we can offer rooms with connecting doors to allow free access between the rooms.

Parking under the hotel costs from DKK 30 per hour to a maximum of DKK 195 per day, excluding fees. Tickets can be purchased through an app, vending machine or at the reception.

If you buy a ticket at the reception, only daily tickets for the parking facility under the hotel are sold. The car's registration number must be provided at the reception upon arrival, and the first 30 minutes are free with the use of a parking disc.

Comwell does not refund any remaining parking time if the parking garage is full.

If the parking garage is full, we refer to the parking facility at Orientkaj, which is located approximately 100 meters from the hotel entrance.

If you leave the parking garage, a parking spot cannot be guaranteed upon your return, as it is a publicly accessible parking facility.

The hotel is not responsible for any control fees and refers to the applicable parking regulations on the signs in the parking facility.

Comwell Copenhagen Portside has 5 spaces for electric cars. When using the charging station, electricity consumption must be paid for directly with Clever, and cables must be brought along.
