Check-in is from 3pm, and check-out is no later than 10am.

On weekends and holidays, check-out is not until 11am.

Do you want to extend your stay by either two hours earlier check-in or two hours later check-out than the current times? Then this can be booked in advance of your stay for a fee of DKK 200,-.

Children below the age of 18 should always be accompanied by an adult during the stay.

When arriving, you will be asked to complete a registration card and show a valid ID. This is in accordance with the Danish law. 

In our Superior King rooms, it is possible to stay 3 guests with an extra bed in the room.

Children (3-11 years) DKK 300/night including breakfast buffet

Children (0-2 years) in crib DKK 125/night including breakfast buffet (free if the child sleeps in your bed).

If your stay does not include dinner, the stay can be cancelled free of charge before 4:00 pm on the day of arrival. If the room is cancelled after 4:00 pm, we will invoice for the first night.

A prepaid "non-refundable stay" cannot be cancelled.

Rooms with dinner can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. If you cancel between 6 and 2 days before arrival, 50% of the stay will be invoiced. If you cancel less than 2 days before arrival, the full amount of the stay will be invoiced. Stays with nine people or more must be cancelled 30 days before arrival.

Comwell Køge Strand accepts all popular credit cards. Please note there is a fee on foreign credit cards. 

Comwell reserves the right to have your credit/debit card pre-authorized in advance of your arrival. Comwell.com will not debit funds from your credit card unless you have booked a non-refundable stay.

Your credit card serves as the guarantee for your booking. 

When booking with a debit card, your bank will reserve the amount for 30 days. Should you wish the amount to be made available after your stay and the 30 days period has not yet elapsed, please contact the hotel directly stating your booking number. The hotel will help you to make the funds available once more. Comwell can inform your bank to release the funds via DIBS payment services. Only your bank is able to cancel the reserved amount, however. Debit cards are Visa Electron, Maestro or MasterCard Direct.

"Quiet" and house-trained dogs are allowed in the room, provided the hotel is notified before arrival. There is an additional charge of DKK 250 per night, and it is only allowed in the standard rooms.

• If you are not staying at the hotel, you are still welcome to come and enjoy the breakfast buffet for 158,- per person

• We offer breakfast/brunch in a separate room for small groups and parties of 20 people or more for a fee.

Lunch: Monday – Friday from 12:00 - 14:30 pm

Dinner: Monday – Saturday from 6:00 pm – 9:30 pm (table reservation is recommended)

The bar is open Monday to Sunday from 18:00 pm - 21:00 pm

Comwell Køge Strand is a 100% smoke-free hotel. All the rooms and room balconies are smoke-free. Smoking is only allowed in the outside designated zone by the main entrance.

Smoking in the rooms will result in a charge of 2,500 DKK.

In the event of unnecessary extra cleaning in the rooms, a charge of up to 3,500 DKK will be applied.

The nearest train station is Køge station - 1.3 km from the hotel.

With the S-train, it takes around 40 minutes to get to Copenhagen Central Station.

Køge North is 8.8 km from the hotel, here you can find trains to and from Jutland, Funen and Copenhagen Central Sation as well as Copenhagen Airport.

There’s a bus stop close to the hotel.

Parking is free and takes place in our large parking area at the hotel's main entrance. 

For electric cars, there is user payment for the electricity via the Clever app, and you must bring your own cables.

Workout is possible in our fitness room which is open from 5:30am-10pm.

All bookings require that you enter payment card details, even if you have a gift voucher. We do not take your payment when you enter your card details. All stays are paid for at the hotel, with the exception of non-refundable stays for which payment is made when booking. Stays of this type cannot be refunded or transferred to other dates.

Please note that when using MasterCardDebit or VISA Debit as your payment guarantee, the amount will be reserved on your account and will not be released until after your departure. This can take up to 30 days.

If you have a gift voucher redeemable at all Comwell hotels, you can book your stay online and use the gift voucher to pay for your stay when you check out. Credit cards are used for online booking as a guarantee that the guest will arrive. 

Gift vouchers cannot be used to pay for pre-paid non-refundable stays. 

Gift vouchers from Gavefabrikken must always be ordered using the link that you received with the gift voucher. They may not be used as payment unless the stay was specifically ordered using the link.

All Comwell hotels are Green Key certified, which means that an extra effort is made to protect the environment. We are Denmark's most sustainable hotel chain, and we use local ingredients to the extent possible instead of importing foreign ingredients.

You automatically earn 5% of the total amount of your final bill for any overnight stay. All points earned can be used as payment for your next overnight stay, with the exception of stays involving conferences and meetings.
