If you need information regarding arrival, extra beds, and other practical information, we have gathered everything in a list of frequently asked questions and answers.
Check-in is at 3pm.
Check-out is no later than 11am every day of the week.
Would you like to extend your stay with either a two-hour earlier check-in or a two-hour later check-out? It can be ordered in advance with a surcharge of DKK 200,-.
Parking is free and takes place in the public parking lot close to the hotel.
If your stay does not include dinner, you can cancel your reservation free of charge until 4 pm on the day of arrival. If the room is cancelled after 4 pm, we will charge for the first night.
A prepaid "non-refundable stay" cannot be cancelled.
Rooms with dinner included can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival. If you cancel between 6 and 2 days prior to arrival, we will charge 50% of the total price of the stay. If you cancel less than 2 days prior to arrival, we will charge the full amount for the stay. Stays with nine people or more must be cancelled 30 days prior to arrival.
We offer the following upgrade options:
Standard room with a view of the strait: + DKK 300 per night
Suite: + DKK 300 per night - with a seating area, large bathroom with some featuring a bathtub
Suite with a strait view: + DKK 600 per night - with a seating area, large bathroom with some featuring a bathtub
