Conferences usually require technical equipment. At Comwell Kongebrogaarden, we always have an AV technician available so that your conference, course or seminar runs without technical problems or deficiencies.

We set up and test the equipment before all events, so everything is ready when you arrive. In addition to a projector, large screen and sound system, we also have a conference phone, click share, whiteboard/flipchart and microphone. You also always have the option of using our copier if the need arises.

Should you hold video meetings or video conferences, we make sure that there is video conference equipment. We help regardless of whether it is an internal meeting or a large congress that you have to hold.
