Herring marinated in apples from "Fejø", apple compote with thyme, smoked cheese and raw shallots

Crispy fried fillet of plaice served with "remoulade", grilled lemon and fresh herbs

Egg - Shrimp - Dill
Eggs and shrimps stirred with dill cream

Cauliflower - Sesame - North Sea cheese
Asian-inspired baked cauliflower with sweet chili-mayonnaise and grated North Sea cheese

Chicken – Mustard - Kale
Confit chicken thighs stirred with mild mustard dressing, topped with marinated kale

Pig - Mushrooms - Sage
Cold-smoked pork tenderloin with pickled mushrooms, mayonnaise and crispy sage

Old Crunch - Plums - Honey
Arla Unika's Old Crunch with fresh plum chutney flavored with honey

3 pieces - DKK 310,-

4 pieces - DKK 400,-

The pieces are served individually and are not divisible. The above prices are per person. All sandwiches are served on organic, cold-raised rye bread.

The restaurant is open for lunch from 12:00-15:00.

Evening

The evening menu offers a la carte dishes with fresh local vegetables, Danish meat, and of course something sweet to finish off.

You can also choose Kongebrogaarden's Autumn menus with either 3 or 4 courses and the option to match the food with a delicate wine menu.
