Delicious flavours in sight! Look forward to tasting the results when our talented chefs work their magic with seasonal ingredients. We love the traditional and like to add a twist to it.
Our menu applies to both restaurants and includes lunch and dinner dishes. Take a look and contact us if you want to know more.
Lunch
The restaurant is open for lunch from 12.00 pm -2.00 pm.
Open-faced sandwiches
Herring – Radishes – Smoked Cheese
Marinated herring with radishes, smoked cheese from Fyn, and raw shallots.
Egg – Lumpfish Roe – Citrus
Soft-boiled egg with lumpfish roe and citrus mayo.
Plaice – Shellfish – Capers
Crispy plaice fillet with shellfish salad and fried capers.
Cauliflower – Truffle – Hazelnut
A variety of cauliflower with truffle cream and Piemonte hazelnuts.

Pork – Onion – Vinegar
Confit pork with winter onions and vinegar powder.
Beef – Wild Garlic – Potato
Hand-chopped beef tartare with wild garlic and crispy potatoes.
Goat Cheese – Pumpkin – Tarragon
Creamy Tebstrup goat cheese with pumpkin and tarragon.

The pieces are served individually and are not divisible. The above prices are per person. All sandwiches are served on organic, cold-raised rye bread.

Evening
The restaurant is open for dinner from 6.00 pm -9.00 pm.
The evening menu offers a la carte dishes with fresh local vegetables, Danish meat, and of course something sweet to finish off. Friday and Saturday we offer both a la carte and two different tasting menus.
