Welcome to the Christmas party with a delicious Christmas menu and a great DJ! Christmas lunch in cozy and atmospheric surroundings - the candles are lit and the air is filled with the scent of Christmas delights.

Christiansø herring with caperberries and eggs
Home-cured salmon with mustard dressing
Crispy tart shell with smoked cheese and prawns
On the buffet:
Crispy fish with coarse remoulade. Warm tartlets with chicken in asparagus
Welfare pig from Grambogaard with homemade red cabbage, white & browned potatoes, sauce, and chips
Marinated duck breast with winter salad. Fried Christmas 'medister' (pork sausage) with stewed white cabbage and home-made jam
Warm liver pâté with mushrooms and bacon
Nut mushroom pate with tomato mayo and jam
Organic Danish cheeses with homemade chutney and sustainable crispbread
Organic 'ris a la mande' (rice pudding) with pastry chef's cherry sauce
