If you need information regarding arrival, extra bedding, and other practical details, we have compiled everything in a list.
Check-in is from 3pm, and check-out is no later than 10am.
On weekends and holidays, check-out is not until 11am.
Do you want to extend your stay by either two hours earlier check-in or two hours later check-out than the current times? Then this can be booked in advance of your stay for a fee of DKK 200,-.
Children below the age of 18 should always be accompanied by an adult during the stay.
Parking is free and takes place in our large parking area at the hotel's main entrance.
For electric cars, there is user payment for the electricity via the Clever app, and you must bring your own cables.
If your stay does not include dinner, the stay can be cancelled free of charge before 4:00 pm on the day of arrival. If the room is cancelled after 4:00 pm, we will invoice for the first night.
A prepaid "non-refundable stay" cannot be cancelled.
Rooms with dinner can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. If you cancel between 6 and 2 days before arrival, 50% of the stay will be invoiced. If you cancel less than 2 days before arrival, the full amount of the stay will be invoiced. Stays with nine people or more must be cancelled 30 days before arrival.
