Event Package 1
Minimum of 30 adults (6 hours event, latest start time at 1:00 PM)

Get everything from Event Package 1 and add:
One extra hour (7-hour event)

Terms and Conditions
What about payment, cancellation, and children's discounts? Read more about what's worth knowing when you're hosting a party at Comwell Aarhus.
Cancellation can be made free of charge up to 3 months prior to the 1st day of the event.
Between 1-3 months prior to the 1st day of the event, a fee of 50% of the ordered amount will be charged.
Less than 1 month prior to the 1st day of the event, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cancellation* of up to 10% of the registered number of participants can be made free of charge up to 48 hours before the event.
*By cancellation, which must always be made in writing, is meant cancellation, reduction, curtailment, relocation, and similar significant changes in relation to the confirmation
The following discounts come into effect after a minimum of 30 adults have been paid for.
For children who receive the same party menu as the adults, the following discounts apply to the menu:
Children up to 3 years old are free.
Children between 3-12 years old receive a 50% discount
