If you want to organise your company party, Christmas party or other event, Comwell Copenhagen Portside can provide the setting.

Depending on the size of the party, we have different rooms, each with their own unique atmosphere. All rooms are well-appointed and have a lovely natural light.

Our 1,200 m2 party room with its raw look is perfect for events for 350-600 people. The venue is ideal for exhibitions, launches or kick-offs as well as larger corporate events. Uplights, stars, feathers, disco balls and balloon arches help make the room yours and set the mood you want. The only limit is your imagination.

Our skilled chefs create delicious and flavourful menus. 3 or 5-course menus, small bites or buffets - all menus are filled with sustainable initiatives. We create exquisite vegan or vegetarian dishes that play with colour and delight the taste buds.

The menu

Most party packages include a 3-course menu. Here you get to experience the results of our ambitious and creative kitchen as they unfold their talents and create beautiful creations that impress the eye and enrich the sense of taste.

Our kitchen has a strong focus on ecology and sustainability, uses local ingredients and customises the menu according to the season. That's why we don't have one menu here, but four, one for each season.

Rimmed halibut with Asian vinaigrette, hibiscus emulsion, glass cabbage and Danish seaweed

Terms

The rooms are allocated based on the number of guests. If a different room is desired, a room rental fee may apply, which can be converted into add-ons. The room is available for either 5 or 8 hours, depending on the chosen package. The latest time for music to end is 1.30 AM, and the event must conclude by 2.00 AM.

Additionally, the following terms apply:

10 days before the event:

Final guest count with age distribution, special dietary requirements, and any other considerations

2 days before the event:

Seating plan and place cards

Upon signing the agreement, a deposit of DKK 3,000 is required as a guarantee. This amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation but will be deducted from the total bill. 75% of the total event price must be paid no later than 4 weeks before the event date. The final invoice will be sent after departure.

General cancellation terms

Hosting a party is a significant commitment, also financially. At Comwell, we ensure you feel completely secure throughout the process. You can familiarize yourself with our terms in advance, so you feel confident from start to finish. This includes details about cancellation policies, payment, and the need to reduce the guest count.
