Christmas party package

Price per person: from 999 DKK

Overnight stay in a double room incl. breakfast: from 998 DKK.

Party in your own room - minimum 30 people.

Starter

  • Marinated white herring with curry salad

  • Cold smoked salmon with Funen smoked cheese cream

  • Crispy plaice with coarse remoulade and lemon

  • Organic eggs and prawns with homemade mayonnaise

Main course

  • Puff pastry shells with chicken in asparagus

  • Crispy rib roast from Grambogård and browned potatoes

  • Glazed ham from Grambogård and stewed kale

  • Crispy duck legs with raw pickled cabbage and duck sauce

Dessert

  • Ris a la mande with homemade cherry sauce

  • Danish cheese with crispbread and homemade compote

  • Rye bread, bread rolls and organic butter
