If you need information regarding arrival, extra beds, and other practical details, we have compiled everything in a list.
Check-in is from 2pm.
Check-out is at 11am at the latest.
Do you want to extend your stay by checking in two hours earlier or checking out two hours later than the applicable times? If so, this can be booked prior to your stay for a fee of DKK 200.
If you arrive early and wish to store your luggage, this can be done in locked luggage rooms - just ask at the reception.
Children under 18 years of age must always be accompanied by an adult in conjunction with their stay.
Parking during your stay can be done at the "Q-Park Comwell H.C. Andersen" parking lot, located next to the hotel. We have 90 parking spaces available, subject to availability. It is not possible to pre-book.
The cost is DKK 45 per commenced hour, a max of DKK 150 per day.
If you park in our parking lot, your license plate will be registered upon entry and exit via a camera, and payment must be made before exiting through the designated machine. Please note that you must end and pay for your parking at every exit.
If there are no more spaces in our parking lot, we refer you to Odense's public parking garage nearby (please note that different parking rules and payment conditions apply there).
The restaurant is open Monday-Saturday 5:30pm-8:30pm. Table reservation is recommended. Please note that à la carte tables for dinner are subject to availability.
Dinners with an overnight stay are fixed and vary daily. The dinner cannot be moved to other days. We are happy to adapt the menu for allergy sufferers, vegetarians and suchlike if notified in advance.
Our restaurant is closed on Sundays and between Christmas and New Year. Some exceptions may occur, please contact the reception via telephone (+ 45) 6614 7800 if you have any questions.
If your stay does not include dinner, the reservation can be cancelled free of charge before 4pm on the day of arrival. If the room is cancelled after 4pm, we will charge for the first night.
Prepaid 'non-refundable stays' are not cancellable.
Rooms with dinner included can be cancelled free of charge no later than seven days before you are due to arrive. Cancellations between 6 and 2 days before you were due to arrive will be charged 50% of the price of the stay. If you cancel less than 2 days before your due arrival date, you will be charged the full price of the stay. Stays with nine or more people must be cancelled 30 days in advance.
