If you need information about arrivals, extra beds and other practical information, we have gathered it all in a clear list of questions and answers.
Check-in is from 3 pm and check-out is before 10am on all weekdays. Check-out on Saturdays, holidays and public holidays is before 11am, and Sundays before 12pm.
We also offer late check-out for an additional fee of DKK 100 per hour, however, check-out must be no later than 2pm every day.
It is possible to upgrade from a Small Standard Twin room to a Standard Plus with a view for DKK 100,- per room/night. Upgrading to a Superior room, with or without its own terrace costs DKK 200,-.
Upgrading to a Superior Plus room with a view costs DKK 300,-. Upgrading to a Family room costs DKK 300,-. If you are unsure about your upgrade options, please contact the reception.
If your stay does not include dinner, the stay can be cancelled free of charge until 4pm on the day of arrival. If the room is cancelled after 4pm, we will invoice for the first night.
A prepaid "non-refundable stay" cannot be cancelled.
Rooms with dinner can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. If cancelled between 6 and 2 days before arrival, 50% of the stay's price will be charged. If cancelled less than 2 days before arrival, the full amount of the stay will be charged. Stays with nine or more people must be cancelled 30 days in advance.
