At Comwell, we are still making sure that our guests feel safe when they stay at our hotels. The safety of our guests and employees is our highest priority, which is why we are in ongoing dialogue with the relevant authorities and, of course, taking the necessary precautions in accordance with their recommendations.
In order to ensure a safe and secure environment for assemblies, the parties of the Danish Parliament are continuously adjusting the assembly ban and the associated guidelines. The assembly ban currently involves a limit of 5 people.
The following guidelines will apply for the organisation of meetings and conferences at Comwell.

Requirements and guidelines for hosting parties and events depend on the nature of the event and its participants. Everyone has a shared responsibility to keep their distance, maintain good hygiene and stay at home if they have any symptoms.
Here are some general principles for hosting parties and events with us, based on government guidelines.

During these extraordinary Covid-19 times, we are offering special cancellation policies, which offer great flexibility when booking meetings.
MEETINGS COSTING LESS THAN DKK 200,000 (incl. VAT) DUE TO TAKE PLACE BEFORE 31 MARCH 2021*:

For other bookings, the following cancellation policies apply for meetings/conferences.
For parties or group events, please check the cancellation policy stated in the agreement.
We are monitoring the situation and instructions from the authorities very carefully, which is why this policy will be updated regularly.
Cancellation of bookings for
rooms with or without breakfast.
Bookings for rooms with or without breakfast can be cancelled free of charge until 16:00 on the day of arrival. If the room booking is cancelled after 16:00 local time, we will invoice for the first night.
Bookings for prepaid stays such as events, concerts and special events are all paid for in advance and cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded after they have been booked. Payment is deducted from the payment card at the time of booking. The website will always state whether stays, events, concerts and special events are paid for in advance.
Cancellation of stays
including dinner and/or spa treatments
Stays including dinner and/or spa treatments can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. If a cancellation is made between 6 and 2 days prior to arrival, 50% of the cost of the stay will be invoiced. If a cancellation is made fewer than 2 days prior to arrival, the full cost of the stay will be invoiced.
