WE’RE STILL TAKING CARE OF YOU AND OUR EMPLOYEES

All our hotels and venues are open and all restrictions have been removed as of September 1, 2021.

At Comwell, we continue to make you feel safe when staying at our hotels. We prioritize your safety and that of our employees, which is why we are in ongoing dialogue with relevant authorities and of course take the necessary precautions in accordance with their recommendations. As of September 1st, all restrictions on the hospitality industry will lapse. But we still take the good hygiene rules with us.

HYGIENE/CLEANING 

  • Extended cleaning procedures – with a special focus on cleaning contact surfaces in rooms, meeting rooms, restaurants and common areas 
  • Hand sanitiser dispensers are available in common areas of the hotels.

FOOD AND SERVING 

  • We strive to make meals/food portion-oriented in the buffet
  • All contact surfaces are cleaned and roofing is replaced continuously 
  • Gloves and disinfection will be available in several places in the serving area.

INDOOR SEATING 

  • There is no requirement to book a table
  • There is no requirement to show a corona passport
  • There is no longer a requirement to wear a face mask.

OUTDOOR SERVICE 

  • There is no requirement to book a table
  • There is no requirement to show a corona passport

MEETINGS AND CONFERENCES 

  • There is no longer a ban on assembly.

USE OF FACE MASKS

  • Face masks do not need to be worn any longer. 

CO-WORK AREA

  • All our Co-Work areas are open 
  •  Hand sanitiser is available on all tables in the Co-Work area and touch surfaces are regularly wiped 
  • At the coffee station, hand sanitiser is available.

FITNESS FACILITIES

  • All fitness facilities are open.

SPA AND POOL AREAS 

  • Hand sanitiser is available in the area and touch surfaces are regularly wiped 
  • There is no requirement to present a valid corona pass.

WHAT CAN YOU DO AS A GUEST?

As a guest at Comwell, we recommend that you follow the official guidelines:

  • Wash your hands frequently and use our hand sanitiser dispensers
  • Cough or sneeze into your elbow The Danish Health Authority also recommends sneezing into a tissue and then disposing of it immediately
  • If you are sick or have symptoms of coronavirus infection, we ask you to stay at home.
