Surcharge per person for various items (brought-in cake/candy/snacks) - from DKK 35

Terms
All party packages are valid for a minimum of 30 adults and include a private venue, lighting, tablecloths, and napkins.
Additionally, the following terms apply when hosting an event at Comwell H.C. Andersen Odense:
After payment for the minimum number of guests in the package, children aged 3-10 will receive a 50% discount. The discount does not apply to holiday surcharges or add ons.
A deposit of DKK 3.000 must be paid in advance when entering into a booking agreement. This amount is non-refundable if the booking is cancelled. The amount will be deducted from the final prepayment invoice.
Full prepayment of the booked amount is required no later than 14 days before the event. Remember to state your name and booking number when paying.

Hosting a party is a significant commitment, also financially. At Comwell, we provide complete peace of mind throughout the process. You can familiarize yourself with our terms in advance, so you feel secure from start to finish. This includes information on cancellation policies, payments, and adjustments to the guest count.
