Trainee of the Year is a trainee who is engaged and shows interest in their education both at the workplace and in school. Trainee of the Year always has the energy to smile and listen to guests and provide hospitality, regardless of workload. As a Trainee at Comwell, you will receive a customized education plan that is tailored specifically to you, in collaboration with the Trainee responsible in your department. Your personal education plan ensures that you are well introduced to your workplace and area of responsibility and that you participate in relevant status and development interviews.

The education plan is based on the content of your education, but also your strengths and weaknesses and specific wishes and areas of interest. The plan is adjusted in an ongoing dialogue between you and your "mentor" and requires a high level of commitment from both parties during both practical and school training periods.
